Oh, I bought a pair of DEKA GC-20 or 22, not sure which, back in about March 2014.. JUST put water in 'em a couple days ago for the first time.. They are NOT maintenance free, but once in 4 years is not bad..
EXCELLENT ADVICE ! The Deka batteries are probably size GC2. Deka Batteries are made by East Penn who also sells
(likely the identical battery) under the Duracell brand. $85 at Sams Club
