whirlpool washer balance

I just installed a brand new whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. I am happy with the performance of both so far, but the washer literally shakes the entire coach when spinning. Has anyone ever experienced this or know what i can do to maybe balance this machine? Or maybe point me in the right direction to solve this?

The washer empty will not shake.> but even my mini can really shake things up (1.6 CU-Ft does bedding by the Johnny Cash Method "One Sheet at a Time" :) )

re-arrange cloths and re-start spin cycle.. You may need to do this a few times.

Make sure the coach is level and the washer is level in the coach.

When my home washer does this I pause the washer and redistribute the load around so it's more uniform.
