Weird. As long as inverter is PSW and provides adequate power to handle the start spike, it is no different than running it off the shore power.
The only other thing to pay attention to, is the location of condenser coil. Sometimes in residential fridge it is embedded in the side wall, and then you need to leave clearance on the sides.
