All residential fridges will have mandatory 1-1.5" side clearance, but you can TAD ignore this as long as there is no condenser coil in the side wall.
Btw, the one chosen by the OP is listed there 314 KWH a year, not 296.
Good find and probably the best easy choice for a 24 inch opening. No trimming or sanding. I'll also keep that one in mind. It is only 8.x cu ft but it still addresses our main concern which is fire. It's amazing that they can free ship it and it's only $450.00. You would think the shipping is worth $200??????
