Who has the best cell phone/hot spot plan theses days
The AT&T Mobley deal closed out last year before I could get one. I am not that concerned about the actual device, but the cost of the plan. So who has the best deal these days ?

Solely depends on how much, and how often you plan on using the hotspot and cell phone.
We use TracPhone(Verizon) for cell phone since we use them very little. Runs around $10-$20 per month.
We use Straight Talk for the hotspot which is relatively expensive, but we only use it a couple months of the year. We don't have to keep it active, just put some data on it when we plan on using it.
