Who has the best cell phone/hot spot plan theses days
The AT&T Mobley deal closed out last year before I could get one. I am not that concerned about the actual device, but the cost of the plan. So who has the best deal these days ?

The OP may have better results in the technology forum--which is all about communications.
As far as I'm aware T-Mobile only provides 2g data while international, whereas att is 4g data. I'm far from an expert, but recently researched this same subject looking for a replacement for my very expensive grandfathered Verizon plan.
