Who has the best cell phone/hot spot plan theses days
The AT&T Mobley deal closed out last year before I could get one. I am not that concerned about the actual device, but the cost of the plan. So who has the best deal these days ?

Last year I had 4g coverage from T-Mobile in Saskatchewan. I did not get a chance to try it in other provinces as they cut me off. Of course, it could be different this year.
I can't speak to Mexico.
