The only measurement that makes sense in battery logic is watt hours.
And the only reliable way to determine low scale amperage is with an appropriate manganin shunt and precision DMM.
A 97% storage efficiency for 30 days would not be unusual.
Measure one battery against the other if you have a doubt about your finding.
