Count us in as another outlier. Count our friends near St Cloud, Minnesota with their Airstream as another outlier. In fact you can count anyone in northern climates using a storage lot with no electrical outlet, but like us leave in the middle/end of January when it's well below freezing, as outliers.
Besides, many of us camp at 0F (-18C). I'm not going to be hauling batteries in and out of the camper in that weather when it's really not needed. YMMV.
