your inverter IS big enough
your battery bank is too small
its the wire between the inverter and batteries that matters
short and Fat is a must
my inverter is connected to batteries via 1-0 ( one aught ) welding cable
your looking over 100amps draw from the batteries into the inverter to power the MW
900 cooking watts approx 1200 watts power draw
thsrs 10 amps at 120v but its over 100 amps into the inverter to create the 120v * 10 amps
power is volts * amps ..... 120*10=1200.......12*100=1200
you must have battery capacity and wiring that will maintain that 100amps and Not drop the voltage too low to prevent the inverter from shutting down
