x2 with 2 golf cart batteries you are asking *each single battery* to provide somewhere between 100 and 150 amps. This is not their strength. With 12v batteries they can split the current across 2 (so 50-75 amps each) and if a hybrid or starting design, they are designed to supply higher loads much more so than GC batteries, with less voltage drop.
Then you have substantial Peukert losses to deal with when providing 100+ amps per battery.
Then anything other than a huge, short wire to the inverter will drop the voltage even more.
Not a recipe for success.
