When on inverter using the switch, does that mean you are "whole house" on inverter? If so, you need to put the fridge and WH on gas and turn off the converter. Now maybe the MW will run ok, as it is within the inverter's wattage.
Or, you could have too thin, too long inverter-battery wiring as others have said.
You didn't make clear when the MW quits if that means the inverter also quit with its low voltage alarm going. If the MW quit but the inverter stays on, then we have a mystery.
On two batts you should be able to run the MW on inverter drawing about 140amps (WAG for 1400w input for the 900w) until batt SOC is down to 75-80% and then you will be at 11v loaded, which will trigger the inverter alarm (but the inverter will run till 10.5v with the alarm sounding till then)
You need four batts to be able to draw that 140 amps even when the batts are down to 50-60% SOC and stay above 11v loaded.
When on inverter, it powers the entertainment center, and microwave circuit.
