I read it as the inverter beeps low voltage after 4 seconds which is consistent with trying to draw so many amps from a single set of 6v batteries. Even a tenth of a volt or two extra drop from small wires will make it worse.
In addition there is a phenomenon where the initial voltage drop when pulling a large load from batteries is deeper than steady state a few seconds later when a load begins. As was suggested above, pulling 200 w for say 20 seconds, then turning it off and trying the microwave might actually help, even though it is counter intuitive.
