I know nothing about all of this, but when I run our 3000i Honda generator to power the MW when we don't have power, it kicks the idle up pretty good and you can't run the air conditioner at the same time (obviously).
Anyway, I know there are different reasons for needing to use the MW when 'off the grid', but even if you get it to work as you want, wouldn't that amount of power consumption basically drain the battery bank of power?? Won't you have to recharge it in some manner? I guess if you have solar panels, that'll charge you back up over time??
Hope you are able to resolve your issue, but for me, I'd just find another mode to cook with... ;)
