The Xantrex Prowatt PSW 2000 watt unit is $355.00 from bestconverters.com
The OP's inverter looks suspiciously similar to the Prowatt, with just the display and outlets reversed.
I would tend to agree that a 2000 watt inverter for $200 would not likely be psw, unless it was purchased used.
I totally agree on the six volt batteries. They are being abused @ 140 amps of load.
