I have this inverter 2000k I have 4 gc batteries with 3' of 1/0 wire. I run my microwave all the time off the inverter.
One thing I do different is I just plug my camper into the inverter. I do have a plug directly wired to the inverter. I don't use the built in plug.
Mine pulls 150 amps according to the trimetric while the microwave is 1st on. It bumps the amps about 10 amps every 30 seconds it runs because of the voltage drop.
