Sorry to be Mr. Obvious here, but if you are out at the beach and off the grid, best solution would be to fire up the oven on propane and heat those nuggets up in there....takes a few minutes, but that's what the oven is for....or put them in a frying pan with a lid and heat on the stove.
The wiring downstream of the inverter is irrelevant since it's 120v and as was pointed out the MW runs just fine on shore power.....the issue is either in the batteries, the inverter, or the wire size between the batteries and the inverter....the real question is how much $$ are you prepared to spend to heat chicken nuggets for 40 seconds in the MW when you could just as easily use the stove or oven that came with the camper to do the same thing? Save the inverter for TV viewing....
We camped on the beach for a lot of years with no generator and I would just tell the kids, "We are camping, MW doesn't work at the beach. We need to use the stove/oven or campfire to heat stuff up."
