No! :) Unreal is trying to run 120V device when you don't have 120V, which is the case. Using everything but microwave is not only real, but also simple and inexpensive. Because microwave is the only device that needs high current - plus airconditioner that was not mentioned, thanks God.
Maybe new batteries. Likely, more batteries. Maybe better cable. They don't know the condition of the existing batteries and the cable gauge and they can't check it. There can be no useful advice in this situation, other than going back to installer to check and fix...
