Hi,
If you purchase an inverter microwave such as a Panasonic it will draw less on lower power levels. However, that would cost more than a bigger inverter.
With the size of battery bank you won't be cooking any meals in the micro--but can use it to warm food up, or nuke a cup of coffee.
