Will a bigger inverter avoid the dreaded alarm?

We have a very small inverter -- we turn it on when we need a/c power, such as for charging a phone. When I am running the furnace and the pump and the inverter with a charger, the voltage readout on...

x2. Sounds like the battery is struggling with the heater etal, and it is not a healthy battery.

A voltmeter reading at the battery under load will tell you. A resting voltage doesn't mean a lot - you need to know what the voltage is under the load you describe.
