Will a bigger inverter avoid the dreaded alarm?

No a bigger inverter will not help you need to connect the inverter to the battery with shorter larger wire, I assume you are using the 12v plug inside the rv, the wiring to that plug is too small and too long, there is too much voltage drop, the voltage is too close to the alarm minimum, then when the furnace blower comes on, the voltage drops below the alarm threshold
