After 4 pages, nobody has stated the obvious, simple solution:
If a certain pattern of usage is causing the alarm, change that pattern of usage.
OP states that it only happens when the furnace AND the water pump AND the inverter are running simultaneously.
You: "Doc, it hurts when I do this."
Doctor: "Well, don't do that!"
These solutions are all well and good if he can not, or does not want to, change how he uses power, but to me running the furnace THEN taking a shower sounds like a simpler solution.
