Will a bigger inverter avoid the dreaded alarm?

OP states that it only happens when the furnace AND the water pump AND the inverter are running simultaneously.

Yes, change of pattern of usage is one of available options. Wiring everything right, however, is a must - not an option. His inverter was not wired right.
