Will honda 2000 start a 15k BTU air conditioner?

Even if it will, it will be running almost full bore, be pretty loud, and working very hard. Get another one and parallel them.

The 2000s are hard to come by new, you'll likely just find 2200s, but they will parallel with 2000.

Look at it this way...you will have an AC that works much better, and a generator with ample power. WIN/WIN!!
