Have run into this same problem with two older campers. Check your propane regulator. I fought the fridge cooling on propane for a while on an old pop-up. Was out camping, making coffee in the morning complaining to myself about how slow the water was heating. Than ding-ding it hit me, weak flame at stove weak flame elsewhere. Took a regulator I had from something else, hooked that to the camper and great flame at stove and a fridge that dropped from 47 degrees to 33 degrees.
Easy to try if you have a gas grill. A new regulator was only 40.00.
