Winegard Cell Internet "stuttering" during streaming

The title of your thread doesn't make sense. Wingard isn't a cellular internet company. It simply boosts an existing signal. Boosters are great but depending on your location, they can't work miracles and allow you to stream on a signal that's too weak. Try measuring your signal with and without the Wingard booster and compare strength. Also, is it possible your cellular company is throttling you?
