If there's a zerk under the rubber cover it's most likely an EZ Lube. I don't know of any other axles that put a zerk under a rubber cover.
You could get the part number of the axle by crawling under the trailer and then contacting Dexter. They will give you all the specs of the axle.
The only other way I know to tell is to disassemble the axle and see if there's a hole back by the rear seal.
If it's the EZ Lube, don't be over exuberant with greasing the hubs, or grease them too frequently.
