Winnie Adventurer 2004 heat and electrical issues

1) The ducted floor vents put out heat regardless of dash or panel settings, even when A/C is on. Anyway know how to resolve or what the issue may be. Relay switch maybe? 2)I plugged into the 50 ...

The ducted floor vents get heat from the Moto Aid system, which applies hot water and heat when the engine is running, you should have a switch on the dash that controls the fan for this system,if I remember right, it's a 3 position with high on top, off in the middle and low on the bottom, or possibly reversed, can't remember which.
