winshield washer reservoir cap missing!
the servicing folks put on a plastic bag held on by a rubber band. they called Ford - it is a V10 2006 but they had no idea! is there pressure in this little tank? suggestions welcome. thanks PS ...

Good question. A pin hole in the bag would not let much dirt in and would answer the question.
