There was not even a little power with old or new. Batteries.
The power panel has a blinking g light green when 110 volts connected
110 volts make everything work including 12 volts
The red and Common connections on the PANEL show con ected on the meter
No 12 volt even from truck

What is the combined battery voltage?
Any battery switch to turn on?
Verify the main 12v fuses are good in the 12v panel.
