Depends on where you are.
Some areas of the South are Hot and Humid.
Where I was raised in Va. was that way. So was Fl.
We are near Athens Ga. and we are usually too dry year round.
In fact I run 2 "swamp coolers" aka humidifiers to get the humidity
up at home. It is frequently under 20%.
That is too dry for the A/c to feel cool and too dry in the winter
for the heat to feel warm.
