Could be normal. How many watts of solar? s/b on the work order. The pair of 6 volt batteries will take a lot of power and time to get charged back up to full. Bad time of year for solar panels to produce much.
Are you certain the inverter was only running the tv? Easy to power the 350 watt fridge and run the battery down fast. Set to propane only or unplug.
Are the batteries staying charged while in storage? s/b 12.6 to 14.5 volts depending on the solar charging cycle.
Generally you should keep the voltage above 50 percent charge for best battery life. About 12.2 volts. 11.5 is very low.
