The guys are trying to help you but you're giving bits and pieces of your solar/ charging system. Tell use evrything that was installed by brand/ size if possible. Size wire and length of run. Where's your inverter/ charger location in relation to the batteries?
With the problems your having are you sure they didn't mount your solar so it shaded?
