I looked at the original invoice from the installation and I don't see being billed for a solar controller. Is it possible hat the Freedom HFS serves that purpose? If not, where should I find the solar controller or is it possible that the dealer really really didn't know what they were doing and never installed a critical component.
There are not enough images to diagnose the lack of devices. The Freedom HFS does not act as a solar charge controller so that is moot. You may have the solar controller in a small storage space, an inside cabinet, or there may be none at all. A call back to the installer should clear up details.
I'd suggest to power your RV in the typical way and measure voltage across the battery terminals. In the twin 6V arrangement, you would position the measuring probes at the most outboard terminals (+) and (-). With AC power available, you should have at least 13.4V or 13.5V, if not using the custom voltage setting option. You can't trust just the readout on the inverter because the charge current may be interrupted before it reaches the batteries.
