- RgtopdaExplorerHave a great repair guy and he stated that most of the time it is the fuse that causes failures on the inverter. I was having problems. They wanted 1500.00 for a new one at the dealer. It took him 10 minutes to get the cover off and 55 cents later fixed. He stated that no one wants to fix only replace. Once you take the cover off of the inverter it is easy to see.
- SidecarFlipExplorer IIIOne thing to always keep in mind with thermal breakers is... They wear out.
- jplante4Explorer IIThere should be 2 circuit breakers on the side of the inverter opposite the controls and lights. Snap them both off then back on.
- Most Freedoms, the fuse is soldered on the inside circuit board. What makes you think a fuse is blown? A blown internal fuse on any type RV Inverter/Charger is extremely rare. You need to give more info for help. Doug
