The circuit coming from the inverter (even though it's voltage being passed through from shore power) is still passing through the circuit breaker in the inverter. You are overloading that breaker.
The refrigerator element, griddle and coffee maker are all resistive (high current draw) loads. You need to run the refer on gas (or move to another circuit) and also move one of the other appliances to a non-inverter circuit.
