I'll throw in what I think is an easy way to figure this out. Hook up a light bulb between the hot output line and ground, then fire up the inverter. If the bulb fully lights up, the neutral-ground bond is in place. If it doesn't light at all, and you measure 120 volts from neutral to ground, the inverter is unbonded. If it lights half way, you probably have an inverter where both AC outputs are hot with respect to ground, and bonding it may fry the inverter.
