Xantrex ProWatt SW inverter neutral bonded to ground?

If the quarters are touching yes
If the quarters are not touching , that is not zero, that is Infinity..Too Much resistance to measure
But that is beside the point
The point is VOLTAGE measurement is the only accurate meaningful test for what you want to know
