Xantrex ProWatt SW inverter neutral bonded to ground?

The point is VOLTAGE measurement is the only accurate meaningful test for what you want to know


I was referring to a voltage measurement. I took a V measurement of who quarters on my desk and got 0 volts. Are they touching?
