Yellowing fiberglass door

I tried to search this and didn't find anything. Does anyone know what to use to return a yellowing fiberglass entry door to white? I tired Awesome but it didn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Superclean.
Find it at Walmart in the automotive section. Purple bottle. It does everything other cleaners claim they can do. My DW discovered it in her quest to find a cleaner strong enough to take the fly spit off vinyl siding (works great for that too!).
  • Looks like I have a plan. Guess the secret would be to use a good paint. Thanks everyone.
  • I also have experienced a lot of yellowing on the white plastic parts on the exterior of the RV. Those look real nice if paint them with a can of spray paint designed for plastic.
  • I did like others above and painted one.
Except I used the Rustoleum roll on method.
I did remove the door to work on it.

The door looked brand new afterwards.
    Even repainted the window frame.
  • We painted ours too. Couple cans of krylon paint, looks great and has for a couple years.
  • I just masked mine off and repainted it with a high quality spray paint. Three light coats, then a coat of heavy duty carnauba wax
