yes another ryobi issue

Why is my Ryobi inverter generator 2300 bta overloading as soon as its started with nothing plugged in , also I noticed that the display indicates that its pulling more watts to run the same load that it was previously using less watts to run I have replaced the carb, sparkplug oil ,fuel filter air cleaner problems is still present I have not changed the stepper motor however I did check it with a multimeter continuity was good reset button also working any suggestions
