Unfortunately, the quietest non-built-in generator way to run a 13.5k or 15K RV air conditioner may be expensive. It probably means using one of the quietest moderate power portable gas generators available (if not THE quietest) ... the heavy and expensive Honda EU3000iS.
At a 3000 watt load rating, it may seem like wattage overkill for only a single 13.5K or 15K RV air conditioner. But what it really offers is running in it's LOW RPM LOW NOISE range when powering a single one of either of those air conditioners.
The loudness rating of the EU3000iS is a superb 49 dB(A) at 1/4 load, and only 58 dB(A) at full rated load. This means that it will most likely be running at around a 54-56 dB(A) loudness level when powering a single 13.5K or 15K AC. This kind of performance is world class when using a portable generator for RV air conditioning that provides both plenty of power along with "no noise" ... bested probably only by certain Class A RV low RPM built-in water cooled diesel generators.
