2023 Super Duty 6.7PSD HO Review

Here's a review from a Ram/Cummins fan on the 2023 Super Duty 6.7PSD HO. Don't agree with some of his analysis including it doesn't require cab off to replace the turbo. The 6.7 HO does have a couple of extra cooling lines for the turbo.

Enjoy...

I suspect the 37" tall sidewall tires has something to do with that.

    Funny but true :)

I don't know why everyone thinks the new trucks are a cab off design like the 6.4 was..

I've got a '23 high output on order but I'm currently hooked up to a 30,000 lb gooseneck and extremely impressed with the way my '22 handles it. Earlier today I was contemplating changing my order to the regular output.

If I was ordering one it definitely would be the HO

  • Telescoping wheel would be nice but for me in my RAM not really needed. No way on the heads up display, drove a Mercedes with it and hated it.

Nice truck but not worth the $$$ IMHO.

Oil and fuel filter access is good but that hose monster is a "NO BUENO" for me. I will tale a couple minutes longer to change the filters for having my engine actually visible.
