Will my 2018 Silverado half ton with standard tow package and 6.2L engine safely tow this?

Payload of burb? How many occupants and weights? My family of 6 with 4 adult sized teens was 1200-1300 lbs, plus 1000 lbs of hitch.....that's at the limit of most GM 15 series trucks, be it a burb, or my ext cab pickup. If it's just 2 adults, doable payload wise.
The 6.2l has upwards of a 12-14k tow rating iirc. Power is not the issue. It will be lack of payload.

Though even with 2 adults, the payload may or may not be sufficient. 1/2 ton pickup payloads can run from under 1000lb to upwards of 2500lb. To pull this trailer and stay in the ratingss, you need to be at the upper end of the payloads. If you look on the drivers door jamb, there is a yellow sticker that shows the payload...or even better, swing by a CAT scale and get the real weight of the truck, so you know how much payload you really have left when you load people and gear in the truck.
Plus with only 1300lb of cargo capacity in the trailer, you will have to keep the loading very limited...but if the truck is at or near max, you can't move stuff to the truck bed.
