The HummEE don’t count. It’s a rich people’s toy.
Heck, aside from the low end Teslas and some of the other little electric cars, the rest are just overpriced toys that don’t pencil out.
Supply and demand though. The prices will level out eventually. Unless the govt keeps it from happening. And they’re trying hard to keep that from happening.
