Yes, that’s overspray around the edges. It kinda softens the abrupt changes of materials, don’t you think?
I wonder what the heavy cord going up the back corner is for? Could that be AC power for the roof air? Maybe when they chopped the end of the house off, they discovered the air-con don’t work no more :S
Speaking of the roof, something (not good) has been done up there. It looks very thick, and lumpy like it has a few hundred pounds of liquid roof built up on it and the air conditioner cover. And there’s a very wide gap above the driver side “A” pillar. That probably leaks a little when it’s raining.
I see air horns, a spot light, and an amber warning light on top, so maybe there’s more to this rig than meets the eye. Zombie Apocalypse Mobile Command Center???
