I have the same truck and have no complaints. We are a family of 4 and a bit more room would be nice I have not heard any complaints from the back seat. My only complaint about my 08 3500 is.......... nope. I dont have any.
The front seats are terrible; backs hurt after 2 hours. My kids are going to be tall when they hit their teens, and they manage to kick the seat backs now. The biggest headache, though, is the driver's door rattles like a can of marbles over every bump and imperfection. I didn't know it until after the fact, but the door had been damaged in a parking lot and "fixed":R
Otherwise, it will make a great truck for someone else. In fact, nearly everyone we know asks if they can buy it (uh, you kind of need a job and $$$ first, dude...)
While I have the money I'm getting what I want, cost be damned.
