Cut hose off at the quick connect fitting then unscrew the fitting. Replace with the type that will fit inside of the hose and screw where quick connect was screwed in. Clamp hose. This will look like the old style when you are done. Hope I made it clear. I am not near my Tahoe or I would take a pic.
