Well guys! A newer F550 4x4 simply isn't just going to appear. I decided, since I wasn't finding a replacement used engine I was comfortable with, I went with a rebuild. At 2200.00 with a couple additional things I requested be done to the engine, I'm now very comfortable that I have a reliable engine that will last me until I locate and purchase A newer, bigger truck and TC.
