Yes and no to your questions. Much depend on vehicle selection but basically the F250/F350 SRW share major components such as chassis/engine/tranny/front and rear axles/brakes/etc/etc. Use Fords Body Advisory website and looks through the specs. https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas/topics/2013/specs.html.
